Do what you fear most. Make it the 1st thing you do in the morning. In sales it may be prospecting, asking for a referral, following up to close a deal or asking for help from your sales leader. Owners and Entrpreneursit may be cuuting loos a low performer you have known for a while. Let them Free to their best elsewhere.
We all have some kind of fear. When I played football I had butterflies before every game, yet I was a 2 time ALL STAR. I thought something was wrong but the outcome was great. Then I heard Dick Butkus state he had butterflies before each game. Well Dick Butkus is a Hall of Fame NFL Linebacker and was thought to be one of the toughest and meanest who ever played the game.
Thank you Mr Butkus for letting me understand fear can creep in, but you must attack them.
Take the leap and find people who will support you and all others walk away.
FEAR a lot of times is not your fault. People create fears in us, whether it was during our early years or just life experiences.
Practice doing something you fear each day that will make a positive impact in your life or the lives of others.
Life is about seasons and storms. It how we look the Storm in the Eye.
- Joshua 1:9- have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid. Do not be discouraged for the Lord your God goes with you wherever you go.
