Sales professionals know their only competition is the one in the mirror. Everyday your success is up to you. This does not eliminate the fact that you should be provide great leadership in the areas of training, coaching and being held accountable.

At the end of the day do not put your destiny in someone else’s hand. Expect more for yourself than anyone else.

Entrepreneurs this definitely applies to you. We fight alone everyday to provider for our team and families. This is why for the past 10 years Entrepreneurs Organization EOnetwork.org has been extremely beneficial to me. Being around like minded individuals who deal with the fight alone to grow their businesses, keeps me grounded and focuses me to help others.
